Pownce가 서비스를 접는다.
다음과 같은 공지 email이 도착했다.

We are sad to announce that Pownce is shutting down on December 15, 2008. As of today, Pownce will no longer be accepting new users or new pro accounts.

새 사용자 등록, pro 계정 전환은 중지되었고 15일에 서비스가 중단된다 한다.

내 경우, Jaiku, Twitter, me2day에 microblogging 버릇을 들이고 Pownce는 버려 둔 지 오래이다.
PlayTalk은 간혹 숨긴 글 기능으로 쓰고 Tumblr는 개성이 있어 가끔 특별한 목적으로 쓰곤 하지만.

Pownce는 Movable Type, TypePad, Vox의 Six Apart사에 흡수되었다.
